But following a few simple guidelines will help us get your photos posted more quickly.Photos submitted for use on the hamburgsoccerclub.com website may also be used in print publications. If you prefer not to have your photos used for print publications, please let us know.Format
Photos should be sent in either JPG or TIF format. TIF is preferred because of its lossless quality (every time a JPG is saved and resaved, the quality of the image goes down.) The drawback to sending TIF files is their size.
Resolution
If scanning photos for submission, please scan them at 266dpi. This is the preferred resolution for using with print ads, and we can always lower the resolution for web use without losing quality.
If you are sending directly from a digital camera, please use the camera's highest quality setting.
By submitting your photos, you are giving Hamburg Soccer permission to post them on this website (www.hamburgsoccerclub.com) and to use them as needed on print publications and advertisements. If you prefer that your photos only be used on the web, please state that when submitting your photos.
Or fill out a Photo Release Form and send it to us for pictures of your child that are taken by club members during Hamburg Soccer Club events
