Referees and Coordinators for the Summer House League
***ATTENTION ALL REFS AND COORDINATORS:
Coordinators will work Monday- Friday and Referees will work Monday- Thursday. Soccer Begins at 6pm each night- please arrive at the Nike Base Shed in proper soccer gear by 5:45 pm to receive your assignments for the night.
Reminder: If you can't work a scheduled shift, you must find another coordinator to work for you. If you cannot find another coordinator to cover your shift, then you must work that shift. If you do not find someone, or do not show for your shift, it will be counted as a 'NO SHOW'. A "NO SHOW" will result in being fired. If you are sick, and give proper time notice, it will be considered a "CALL OFF". A "CALL OFF" will result in a warning and will be subject to review, more than one "CALL OFF", could result in being fired.
EMAIL SCHEDULING SUPERVISOR WITH ALL SCHEDULE CHANGES, ASAP.
All fired "NO SHOWS" and all fired "CALL OFFS", will be allowed to reapply for the next season. They will be the last to be hired for that season, if staff is needed.
Please email Caitlin at email@example.com with any questions!
We are always accepting applications for referees and coordinators. Hiring and scheduling are based on ability, experience, and availability.
We appreciate feedback on our coordinators, positive or negative. Please e-mail the director of soccer operations
with any feedback. Please include the coordinator's name and the night/age group they work when e-mailing.
Our outdoor house league uses referees for the U10, U13, and U16 age groups. We look for experienced travel or premier players that demonstrate the knowledge and ability needed to referee soccer games. Many of our referees are licensed travel referees as well. Hiring and scheduling are based on ability, experience, and availability. If you would like more information on a US Soccer Entry Level Referee Course, go to www.wnyreferee.org.
